Education: Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university

Civil Engineer

Scope of works:

To Undertake civil engineering design activities involving project design, planning, cost estimation of all civil engineering projects

To manage small – medium size projects (implementation, monitoring, inspection and acceptance


Graduate degree in Civil Engineering.


3 – 5 years work experience in continuous process / chemical / mining industry-preferably in cement

3-5 years experience in civil / structural engineering consulting or Construction Company.

Computer literacy: Basic software skills in areas such as spreadsheet and word processor

Verbal and written communications (English and Bahasa Indonesia)

Understanding of the cement production process : knowledge of main auxiliary equipment.

Technical report writing.

Understanding of technical drawing.

OPI Coach

(Corporate – Mobile)


Scope of works:

OPI runs in 2-4 unit areas in each wave and it is being rolled out to company wide. Each wave takes 8 months from start to completion. Usually two (2) unit areas are under responsibility by one (1) OPI lead coach.

The position is to provide leadership, support & control of the OPI program and practices in unit areas under his or her responsibility.

The role is to act as an internal consultant and a coach to help unit area managers/leaders improve their unit performance, identify and capture the cost saving or revenue generation opportunity in line with diagnostic finding conducted at the beginning of the wave.

At the same time, OPI coach is responsible for the People Capability development on OPI system, process, tools, and practices.

He or she also helps OPI manager to develop strategic plan to ensure sustainability.


University or College graduation (S1)

Having experiences min Three (3) year experience in managing working unit area as middle manager with good track record

Computer literate: MS Office, Lotus Notes

Good command of English, both oral & written

Certified 3 month Business Management Program (Operation Management and General Management)

Have exposure in different working unit areas

Project management

Strong analytical and problem solving skill

Strong tenacity

Sourcing Specialist

Scope of works:

The position is needed as to assist the strategic Sourcing Superintendent in develop and execute sourcing strategy for the company in systematic state-of-the-art procurement way.


University degree in Economic or Engineering ( Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical ) science


2 years experience as a procurement officer at Corporate Procurement Department in PT Holcim or

2 years experience as a Team Member at the area of Accounting, Maintenance, Engineering or Production or

2 years holding the similar position in any

multinational manufacturing company which has more or less the same size as PT Holcim

Contract drafting and management

Computer literacy: Excel knowledge to the extent of simple programming and pivot

table management

Fluent English both oral or written

Procurement and negotiation skills

Leadership ability to drive cross functional team outcomes

Problem solving and analytical skill

Understanding of various process measuring analysers

Willing to be relocated in those areas.
